The recent coronavirus (COVID-19) has caused a great deal of concern among the people of our nation and the world. In an effort to help calm the concerns of those who regularly attend Calvary Chapel we have put the following action plan in place.
1) In the event that the COVID-19 situation requires a cessation of services for a period of time, we will continue to meet via facebook live on Sunday mornings our normal time of worship - 10:45 a.m. 2) Our leadership will continue to do ministry to those in the fellowship who are facing medical needs. This may require that we come with a mask on, but we want you to know that we will do everything in our power to minister to the saints at Calvary in person - if possible. 3) When significant groups decide to stop large meetings (i.e. the State of Arkansas, the Jonesboro Public Schools, Arkansas State University) we will follow suit for the best interests of our community. 4) In the event that people are asked to stay in their homes we will seek to do ministry as far as obedience to the Laws of our state and nation require. 5) If people are required to stay in their homes, we will try to offer daily ministry for those who are interested - again via facebook live.
