 Music/Worship Ministry 

WORSHIP TEAM PURPOSE

The Worship Team Ministry of Calvary Chapel has as it’s purpose the following statement:  “We are committed to daily worshipping Jesus Christ with our life-styles, and to leading the church body to worship Him corporately.”

 

WORSHIP TEAM

The Worship Team is a group of musicians and technical people who work together to encourage the people of Calvary Chapel to worship the Lord each Sunday.  They get together for practices at 8:15 a.m. Sunday morning and again at 5:15 p.m. Sunday night.  The style of our worship is that of a contemporary praise band.  We use a number of different musical instruments to do this including  guitars, keyboard, drums, precussion, and singers.  Our technical people work with sound and powerpoint to make our services a time of meaningful, God-glorifying worship.

 

DRAMATIC/MUSICAL MINISTRY

The Worship Team at Calvary Chapel also works together to do dramatic/musical productions each year that clearly present the gospel and challenge both believers and non-believers to seriously consider their relationship with God.
