Student Ministry at Calvary Chapel Jonesboro
Our student ministry has as its goal to raise up a generation of youth who love the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength. We do this by faithfully teaching them God's Word. Our youth are committed to learning the Word verse by verse as we study books of the Bible together. We also attend a yearly Calvary Chapel Youth Conference that is centered around teaching the Bible as well.
Youth Group on Wednesday Nights
On Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. we have our youth group night. We begin with our youth praise band leading in a time of worship and praise. After that we turn to the Word and see how God's timeless truth speaks to us. Afterward we have times of fellowship and games where we get to know each other better. Occasionally on Wednesdays we also do ministry projects helping out people and ministries in our area as we learn how to "get our hands dirty" in real ministry in the Jonesboro area. |
